Welcome to Yoga for Goddess, your yoga journey begins here 🌺

Namaste, my yoga style is Hatha Yoga with conscious breathing, flowing gently from one yoga pose (asana) to another -slow flow, suitable for beginners to intermediate so its for everyone!

Each class there are target points and focus e.g. For ease lower back session. And typically includes :

-Breath Work (Pranayama)

-Warm up /limbering - loose joints and fascia

- Yoga Poses (Asanas)

- Relaxation (in Savasana/corpse pose)

In my class, I provide props - blocks, belt, and blanket - to support your unique body alignment. This makes the practice gentle on your body and accessible to variety of yoga poses.

During the session, I'll suggest different options to suit your current body condition. I may also offer physical adjustments, but only if you wish. 🌺

ABOUT ME


Namaste, I am Kayo in post menopause stage now. I have been teaching yoga for three years, despite practicing yoga nearly 20 years.

Like many others, I have gone through life's ups and downs. What made me fortunate was that I had yoga. Yoga gave me the courage to face challenges, digest them, let them go, and move on. I have been continuing on this path ever since.

I am passionate about sharing traditional yoga techniques, wisdom, and practice in a simple, accessible way suitable for modern life - especially for women.

Personally, I love spending time in nature, walking in the rainforest and visiting waterfalls in Tropical North Queensland. I would love to hear your story and share this yoga journey with you 🌺
