We practice together slow paced Hatha Yoga in my class, its gentle, supportive and accessible.
Typically, invoke one of many Hindu tradition goddesses for receiving their strength, knowledge, wisdom and love.
During the class you are deeply aware of yourself through many yoga techniques, such as -
-Breath Work (Pranayama)
-Warm up /limbering - ease joints and fascia
- Yoga Poses (Asanas)
- Relaxation (in Savasana/corpse pose)
In-person class, I provide props - blocks, belt, and blanket - to support your unique body alignment. This makes reach to one of the yoga principal, Aimsa - gentle to everyone and everything including yourself.
During the session, I'll suggest different options to suit your current body condition. I may also offer physical adjustments, but only if you wish. 🌺
