This class is a part of Online Beginner 4 weeks Yoga Class.
Final session of 4 weeks series of class, we are going to discover effectiveness of back bend in asana(yoga pose)practice. That brings you uplifting and refreshing mood. Also main asanas are grounding and steady which makes you feel supported and secured.
Please ready of - Yoga mat, 2x yoga blocks and a belt(clothing belt is fine).
